Under your Dashboard..you should have some options like New Post, Edit Posts, Settings, Layout, and View Blog. Choose Layout, then click on "Add Gadget" and look through the list and it should give you some options to post a picture. This is what I use. I hope this helps you figure out haw to do it...or at least get you in the right direction.
